$1,000 in These AI Stocks Could Earn $5,000 in 10 Years (Part-2)

However, C3.ai's new consumption model is projected to boost revenue growth, and investors increasingly see AI's promise. The rapid growth in C3.ai's client engagements shows the explosive demand environment, and I think its stock can assist turn a $500 investment into $2,500 in a decade.

Lemonade shares might be purchased with the remaining $500. Since 2015, the company has developed AI, which is now central to its operations. Lemonade offers renters, homeowners, life, pet, and car insurance to over 2 million clients with a fast claims procedure and accurate prices generated by powerful AI models.

Maya, Lemonade's website AI chatbot, can quote new customers in under 90 seconds. Jim, its second AI bot, pays claims in under three minutes without human assistance. Lemonade calculates premiums using its Lifetime Value (LTV) models and mountains of customer, product, and geographical data.

Lemonade's latest LTV 9 model enhances operational efficiency by identifying underperforming products and areas so management can immediately reallocate financial resources to optimize revenue.

Lemonade's average premium per customer reached a record $369 in the fourth quarter of 2023 due to more customers buying numerous policies. Its in-force premium (the value of all active policies) hit a record $747 million, up 20% from 2022.

Both numbers show Lemonade's growth, and it generated a record $429.8 million in revenue, up 67% year-over-year. Lemonade may have expanded faster in 2023 without its focus on profitability. It's not there yet, but it made significant progress this year.

Lemonade stock, like C3.ai, has plummeted from its peak. Its current price of $17.77 is 89% below its all-time high of $163.93, valuing the company at $1.2 billion. After fivefold growth, Lemonade stock would barely be halfway back to its peak!

With the U.S. vehicle insurance sector valued $353 billion last year, Lemonade has just touched the surface of its market. Additionally, the company only works in the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, and the Netherlands, so it has opportunity to grow
